We're looking to hire a full-time candidate for a remote position who will be responsible for following tasks (training will be provided, but basic HTML knowledge is a big plus): Social media: - Create/update Facebook ads (lead gen/boosts etc.) - Send brokers statistics related to their social media posts - Monitor social media accounts and perform social media related tasks such as replying to clients Eblast management: - Manage email lists - Schedule mass emails - HTML template management (exporting items from one email client and importing into another Misc: - Update information found in Google my business for various businesses (photos, opening hours descriptions etc.) - Write descriptions for new projects and various other texts for specific areas etc. - Create HTML pages (using a visual editor) Administrative work in web-site back-end when new employees are added to the system - Syndicate new incoming listings using the web platform - Writing articles If you have read the description so far and wish to apply please write the word "EV" so I know you read the full description. Requirements: - Proficient in French and English with good writing skills (this is an absolute must, I ask you to please not apply if you do not speak french and english to avoid wasting your time) - Proficient in technology with basic knowledge of HTML - Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. Must always demonstrate respectful and professional demeanour whenever communicating with management, coworkers and brokers. Be flexible in terms of tasks as there will always be a number of different new projects the team member will be responsible for and tasks will be assigned by various managers. Must be available at odd hours and reply to urgent requests during the week-end.
