I’m seeking an in-person receptionist front of house at our business centre. Your core duties will be greeting and checking in visitors, and managing incoming calls, emails —routing them promptly or taking clear messages when necessary. Professional presentation, friendly customer service skills, and confidence is essential because you will be the first point of contact for guests and callers alike. Reliability and punctuality matter more to me than extensive administrative experience, as the role is focused specifically on visitor check-ins and phone call management rather than broader office support.
