I need an enthusiastic assistant who can keep my daily operations on track while I focus on higher-level strategy. The role centres on three core areas: • Administrative work – maintain my calendar, organise files, prepare simple reports and handle basic data entry with accuracy. • Customer support – monitor the shared inbox and chat channel, answer routine questions, escalate anything complex and log interactions so nothing slips through the cracks. • Social media management – queue posts I provide, do light copy tweaks when needed, and keep an eye on comments for quick, courteous replies. Because this is an entry-level position, I’ll give clear SOPs and screen-share training up front. As long as you are comfortable with standard office and online collaboration tools and learn quickly, you’ll do fine. Reliability, good written English and the confidence to ask questions when unsure are more important than years of experience. Typical workload is 10–15 hours a week to start; we can expand if it’s a good fit. Deliverables are considered complete when messages are answered within our agreed time frame, the content calendar shows scheduled posts for the week, and my admin folder is up to date by Friday close of business.
