Hi, I genuinely love this concept. A Gen Z caretaker who hates Gen Z and delivers emotional disappointment like it’s part of the room service menu? That’s such a strong comedic engine. What really works for me is the contradiction — young age, ancient energy. The idea that he’s technically just the caretaker but behaves like he owns the villa… and possibly the guests’ life choices. If I take this on, I’d focus on: Giving him a subtle backstory that explains why he carries that quiet superiority Crafting deadpan dialogue that feels effortless, not try-hard Building specific physical habits (eye contact, posture, stillness) actors can immediately use Making the tone cinematic enough to drop straight into a screenplay or casting brief I won’t overcomplicate him — his power comes from restraint.
