virtual office manager

We are an Interior Design Company situated in the UK, and we are looking for someone to oversee all office duties. Duties will include taking phonecalls, paying invoices and managing accounts using Quickbooks, as well as general office duties. We average approximately 50 invoices per month. Fluent English is essential, a basic knowledge of design would be good but not imperative.
