Real Estate Accounting Yardi Software - Custom Reporting or Yardi YSR Expierence

Just looking for someone capable of designing some custom Yardi Reports or someone with Yardi YSR programming knowledge to see what type of reports we could create. I cannot give you direct access to my accounting system, but could do a screenshare and give you mouse and keyboard control while I'm present.
One area I'd like to explore is segment reporting.
Another project I have lined up is just a custom report where the Income Statement GL accounts are on top, and the balance sheet GL accounts show on bottom, this would be a monthly report for 60 months and show the changes for the month. Some other reports are around rent rolls and portfolio rent rolls.
I can give some specific projects when I know your experience level. Pleas just let me know what type of hourly or project rate you're looking for.
