Need Solution for my GSTIN

Budget ₹600-1500 INR

Hello dear,

My GSTIN was canceled "Suo- Motto" on 5 March 2020, and in September month I applied for the revocation of my GSTIN. But, It's still showing "Pending for processing".

3 months ago I wanted to revocate my registration but now I want to cancel my registration.

The problem is final return liability is 10,000 INR.

my question is:-

How can I cancel my GST registration without paying liability?
