We have a requirement for a bookkeeper to reconcile our accounts and isolate issues.
Everything is set up. you will be taking over from me.
We have clearing accounts for bank and cash accounts match against our POS transactions. Errors in these clearing accounts need to be isolated and reported. We will then deal with them internally. this is typically due to data entry issues at the time of sale.
We will do the Accounts Payable data entry for now. This may change later.
We do not require any formal reporting or BAS for the time being.
We will provide trainng on how we have configured the accounts. But you are expected to be an expert with Xero. We will go through a two month trial period with an aim to keep you on indefinately.
