For registrations, I’d build the email parsing and folder creation around unique course/student identifiers to prevent duplicate records and ensure every invoice, document link, and certification record remains traceable. The certification reminders and certificate issuance can then run reliably from the same dataset rather than separate processes. One thing I’d also add is exception logging for failed Xero, email, or SharePoint actions so issues are visible immediately instead of being discovered weeks later in reporting.
