I am looking for someone to help me set up a new process serving company in quickbooks. The nature of our business is providing a service to attorneys and individuals in delivering legal documents. I need to account sales with consistant attorney clients to track each of their total business done with me in addition to have an customer account grouped togther for individuals that may only use our services one time that will not need production tracking.
The company is an LLC. Our payables in additional to general office and marketing expenses, will be the 2 owers being paid based on specific serves that each ower delivers first hand; 3rd party servers being paid on specific jobs that they have done on our behalf and 1099 sub-contractors hired to deliver independently for us.
I am pretty good at working in quickbooks with companies that have been set up previously but would like to get some advice on setting up these accounts within quickbooks to make sure everything is classified correctly for tax purposes. Please let me know if you can help and what your fees would be.
