US Resident Company Representative Needed

I am the sole owner of a Delaware LLC and currently reside outside the United States. I am looking for a reliable person who genuinely resides in the United States and is willing to accept a formal, limited appointment connected to the company. This is a paid appointment with recurring annual compensation. The person will not receive any ownership interest in the company, will not have access to company funds, will not participate in daily operations, and will not have authority over the ordinary management of the business. The appointment will be limited in scope and documented through a written agreement. Requirements: at least 18 years old; genuine physical residence in the United States; valid government-issued identification; valid SSN or ITIN; willingness to provide the necessary information and documents; willingness to sign a written agreement defining the appointment.
