I’m relocating to Kraków together with one other person and I need a Poland-based virtual assistant who can guide us through . Every part of the move matters to me, but securing daily work shifts online is the top priority. Shift reservations You’ll log in each day to GIG cx, Welocalize and Tikrow (plus Strefa Job if useful) and grab every available “Archivist / Back-Office Help” shift you can find. Reserve them in bulk, keep an eye on cancellations, and send us a clear schedule so we can work without hassle either online or in office if needed. Banking & legal setup As EU citizens we still need help opening a local bank account, registering for the required resident paperwork and making sure payouts from the above platforms reach us smoothly. Travel & housing Book one economy flight into Kraków and locate a small, budget-friendly apartment for two people inside the city. I’ll share dates and preferences once we start. Hi!! I can 100% help you with relocation to Carcow. I live in different part of the Poland but as i see from the description - it isnt a problem but if you will need any help offline I can travel there. I was previously working as an office help so I know how to handle such tasks. Of course we can have a shared callendar where I will daily do check-ups. For the rest of the tasks we should be communicating as I have to know all the details to do everything you wish for. It can be through any communicator. I can do 250€ but Freelancer fees are going to cut off a little bit that is why my bid is a 300€.

I am Polish native speaker so it would be much easier to complete all of your tasks. I don't live in Krakow now but I know this city very well. In case of any emergency I can visit you and help in person as well. I work as a project manager so I have really strong experience with managing and assisting. And, of course, I know polish bureaucracy. The best way is to share a calendar where I will schedule your gigs, as for the rest of the tasks we can contact via whatsup or telegram
