Script to Update CHM file.

We have a Microsoft help file (.chm) that needs updating. The file describes our External API and has 3 major parts. 1) General information about the API and copyights. 2) XML commands. 3) Description of MS-SQL Database "X" 4) Description of MS-SQL Database "Y" The descriptions of the Databases has hyperlinked jumps for the relations between fields. Not all these relations are made as database links, restrictions or relations in MS-SQL, but are only used logically by the program execution. We cannot find an Updated source for this CHM file. your task : a) Extract the information from CHM part 1 into a wordprocessing file (RTF ?) b) Extract the information from CHM part 2 into a wordprocessing file (RTF ?) c) make a script that extracts the information from MS-SQL Database "X" into some sort of file d) make a script that extracts the information from MS-SQL Database "Y" into some sort of file. e) Make some external files that describes the relations between database fields, and easy to edit. f) Create a script that can be run at will that will generate a new API [login to view URL] file based on the files in a) to e). We realize that files from a), b) and e) has to be hand edited when we make changes in the future but that minor database changes will be updated in the help-file at the execution of some scripts. YOu must comply with 1-12 of standard oursourcing requirements. This is a $50-350 dollar job
