Web Layout for Hosting Company

I'm in a partnership with a friend and we have clubbed together to buy a dedicated server; we now need a website to advertise the space for a server.
We are in need of a layout only... No scripting; no content; just a layout (Possibly 1 style for the main page and another for content pages).
We are after a very plain; simplistic look and feel; that has an edge of technology and organisation... The company we are looking to move forward is a webhosting company that only offers Virtual Hosting accounts for web-professionals; the server will be kitted with stuff like PHP5 and a mix of Apache and Zope; so it's important to us that the final layout can be integrated into compliant (X)HTML coding. As hobbyist programmers we are looking to perform the majority of scripting tasks and to break up and prepare the content for our page by ourselves.
We're looking at a very short turn-around and would like the layout to be completed by the end of the week if possible.
As we're not the richest of people about; we'll be happy to offer some form of service and advertising deal with who-ever completes the project as well as a financial sum now.
