Index Page, Header, Foot and Left Nav

Your current project description is... I require the following for an English Language for Foreign students Education Website in Ireland. It must be done in Frontpage so I can edit it. Also Photoshop okay. A top header/banner - that will run through the whole website A simple logo - that will be part of the header (I know the design - but just cant do it)! A stylish (not flashy) left hand navigation for 5 main pages and one sub page (with five headings). So basically I want the main index page done as a template that I can use for the rest of the site. Please note I am very competent "user" of Frontpage with very basic html skills - so I need to be able to edit it easily This needs to be done within the next 2-3 days I have photos of Ireland and photos of forgeign students who study in this college.
