Alter existing video - change onscreen phone number and text

I have an old video posted on youtube. Because it is old some of the on screen information has changed. I would like to alter this video's phone number and add a third location. The on screen information appears numerous times. Basically replace "2 convenient locations" with "new Birmingham location" or "birminggham location". I'll also need the phone number changed.
