My team, in conjunction with the REAP project at Stanford University, are conducting an educational survey in South Korea from March 23rd through early May. We wrote software for this which will be used in university computer labs across Korea.

** On Call Services **

From March 23rd through early May, I need a linux sysadmin who can be on call from 7am-6pm KST. If any urgent server issues arise, you will be called upon to diagnose and address. If the issue is not a server problem but is in the code, our Canadian engineers will fix overnight. You will need to provide a cell phone number you can be reached at 7am-6pm KST as the technical support contact for enumerators in the field. We need a call-back time of no more than 20 min if you are unable to pickup your phone when it initially rings. *Removed by Admin* account should also be provided as another method our enumerators can use to get a hold of you.

Our software is a play/scala app running on AWS Ubuntu servers.

Do not apply if you can not be on call during business hours.

You must have good written communication skills in English, and excellent verbal communication skills in Korean and a helpful and pleasant attitude to help those who reach out to you.
