Golf Site handicap and game tracker

I need a golf handicap and game tracking added to my golf site. My current members will need to be able to keep a golf handicap and track very detailed stats about there golf game. Example: greens in regulation. Fairways hit. sand saves etc...Also possible want to incorporate fanatsy golf league on the site as well.
