Fix some bugs of a simple website

I'm finding someone to fix bugs on my website.

The website is used for a online survey and there are at least 3 problems:
1. The timer:
a. Problems will occur when the website noticing "there is a message from mixed" and if the user didn't click ok immediately--- After the initial 5 min expired, the clock started over and said you had 1 hour left. If I didn't click the "OK" for 5 mins, then I will get extra 5 mins. I guess the timer stopped when the notice pop out. The timer should be continuing count down once user entered ID. Inline image 1
b. The website loads very slow to some computer. So when they entered ID there are only 3 mins left for them to use the calculator. We need to prevent this happening. And would the website be overloaded if many people log on it at the same time?
2. Display adjustment
A tester used 13 inches macbook to browse the website and to chatboxes were on top of the calculator so he can't use the calculator. We need to adjust the display to fit most screens or make the chatboxes go down (like folded.)
3. check the recording function
If users enter "0" in the calculator the data won't be recorded. All the data should be recorded when clicking "submit".
