Consistent Programmer to work with Firm

Hi Programmers. We're a small web design firm located in East Hampton and New York City. We used to be a brochure design firm, however we're getting steadily into programming. We don't need someone full time, though we are actively searching for a great programmer who would install, modify and sometimes create scripts. There is NO GRAPHIC work involved in this freelance opportunity. Our workload is expanding faster than our programming capabilities and we need someone pronto.

Qualifications are:

1. Must be available on Yahoo Messenger for a full workday at least 3 days a week

2. Must be able to modify open source scripts (such as OsCommerce, etc.) quickly with graphics provided by the firm.

3. Must be able to work fast and take direction.

This is a position where you would get a percentage of every job we need you to work on (our projects range from 250 - 6000 USD).

Our sites are getting a lot of press and we're growing very fast. We're not a corporate layout - very friendly and creative. Most of the sites we work on are fun and interesting, very little corporate work. We deal mostly in music, fashion, media, etc.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, creative and willing to grow with an up and coming firm.
