Requirments

A customized template for the Movable Type blogging platform,

which is available from [[url removed, login to view]][1]

The template should have the following

1. Logo (company name)

2. Flash Header

3. CSS and graphics to change the look and feel

of the template

4. An advertising slot, to put text and banner ads

5. A simple change to the layout

As an example, please have a look at [[url removed, login to view]][2]

to have an idea of the color scheme we require.

Flash Header

We require the following

1. Matching with the overall site theme.

2. Related to the site theme , that is Search Engines, webpages, promotion.

3. You are free to go wild with your creative design ideas, as long as the

flash movie reflects the site's theme.

4. It should be fast to load and render.

To give you a better idea of the things, I am attaching a diagram of the

layout we require.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
