Write an Android application

I am looking to hire Freelance Android Developer for one of my specific requirements which is shared and explained below.

I have a ESP8266-01 based Client Server Application.

The ESP8266-01 server can be hooked up to a PC/Laptop USB Port.

I can have a maximum of 04 nos. of ESP8266-01 based Clients.

Each of this Client can communicate over WIFI with the Server.

I can successfully send and receive UDP packets / ASCII Strings from Clients to Server and Vice Versa over Wifi.

New Requirements:

I am interested to create a Wifi Hiotspot for an Android Device wherein we already have a Wifi hardware.

Using device's Wifi hardware and making this as a Server, I am interested to communicate with each of this ESP8266 Clients over Wifi and looking for a Android App for the same.

The App should have following features:

1. Configurable Baud Rate ( 1200/2400/9600)

2. The data (ASCII Characters) received from Clients should be made available to be used from my application.

3. The application should be able to Send ASCII characters to each of the clients.
