I have already developed similar designs

I have experience with Bluetooth low energy chip NRF51822. I suggest to use it. On aliexpres available different modules. I also have at home different boards with this chip. it's impossible to send data from Bluetooth to browser directly. You need additional app on mobile phone. For testing we can use "nrftoolbox" available for both android and iOS. I am not able to develop mobile app. My bid includes only firmware for ble chip. Best regards, Jura.

i have 3 .5 year experience in embedded system and have done work on defferent controller like 8051,PIC,AVR,ARM,Arduino. i have a good knowledge about microcontroller programming and have done number of projects using microcontroller .i have worked on number of sensors and modules.i already work on ultrasonic sensor HC SR04 and wireless sensor like RF,Bluetooth and WIFI.i also have good knowledge about hardware for interfacing .I will do your work easily and accurately.

I would suggest using a Wifi module in place of a bluetooth if you'd want to interface with a cell phone web browser. I can design the circuit and write the code for the microcontroller.
