This individual will be a highly motivated, innovative, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! This position has been designed to be autonomous, and is perfect for someone that has a desire to work part-time as you are able to set your own hours.
The Sales Lead Generator is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Managers. You will be part of an internal sales and marketing team nurturing and qualifying sales leads.
You will own the first step in the process: identifying quality prospects predominately through LinkedIn.
Your hours will be initially capped at around 20 per week, with the opportunity to expand on that for the right person. You will be required to attend our weekly sales meetings.
The Sales Lead Generator is expected to:
Conduct research in order to identify potential clients and develop lists of suitable buyers within our target markets
Work with our Sales & Marketing Coordinator and BDMS to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
Prepare and analyse prospective client reports.
- Knowledge of optimal use of search engines and business research tools
- LinkedIn research expertise
- Proficient in MS Office products (in particular Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM Software
