Google forms does not let you embed a google form with an upload feature for the general public to use. I did some research and there appears to be a workaround by plugging some code into google script editor. However I am having trouble doing this and am looking for some help. Attached is the workaround/plugin I purchased with its instructions. The specific problems I am having are:
1) Getting the embed code for the Google form. The instructions say to get the embed code from it via Preview, but the Source Code from that isn't in a format anything like what the picture in the instructions shows. The other way of getting the embed code is via send -> share -> code. But that looks even less like the picture. The instructions are just not clear enough.
2)This code works by using the code I was sold to look up the form code you paste in (my problem in 1). When the script which the instructions get you to make was run, it was unable to find the form code which I put in, even though it was right there for the code to use. I have no idea why this part didn't work.
I have uploaded the code I was sold with its specific instructions for you to read so you know what I am talking about. I can also send you a link to the google form I am working on.
