Fun Project with Detailed Instructions: Need some HTML cleanup, minor formatting, Secure Mailing, [login to view URL] Info Grab, Calculations

Job Description:
This is work for 2 websites, 1 of them is a simple single page
sales letter website, the other is only about 14 pages. If you
go to the below link and download, there are VERY CLEAR detailed
instructions on what I need done on EVERY page. In addition to
those instructions, I need someone who can/will do the following:
1. Clean up all HTML so that the pages are clean and load fast.
(Initial programming all done w/frontpage as of current)
2. Be very familiar with mailing scripts. I need to have info.
collected and emailed to my personal Email AND also sent to my
[url removed, login to view] autoresponder account. [url removed, login to view] can provide the script,
please be VERY familar with [url removed, login to view] before bidding!!!
3. Must be able to take information entered off several web pages
and then email them all together as an collected whole. (See images
and this should make sense).
4. Must be able to program and script CALCULATIONS. Please see
images from the download and this should be clear. BOTH websites
require calculations.

instructions written clearly on the pictures. If your choosen,
I will send ALL the correllary .html files and images and CSS files.
DO NOT bid on the project unless you download and look at the
clear instructions provided on all the pages. I do not have time
to have you tell me that the you can not handle the project
requirements after you've been choosen.
