Java based reporting system

I have 23 years in software development and my primary development platform is Java Standard Edition / Java Enterprise Edition. I have implemented applications with requirements and technologies similar to yours multiple times. I cannot reuse the source code from those previous projects, but I remember them well. Much of what you wish to implement is available in free open source Java libraries. Thank you for your consideration -

I have worked on similar kind of requirement. I have 6 yrs of software development experiance in J2EE, and 2 yrs in spring.

We have highly experienced in J2EE-Spring and already developed the same kind of reporting module in Spring framework. We will also provide the solution using open source. The reporting module will have two inputs i.e. one is XSL (reporting Format) file and another is xml file(cooking data). The module will generate PDF file. We are bidding on assumption that the report does not contain any image. Waiting for more details of requirement.
