Fix Youtube Video Cross Browser

Job Description:
I have placed a Youtube video at the very top of my site that plays when you click "Play". A "Pause" button appears when you hover over the video, while playing. If you click Pause the navigation and the text appears again. If you click to resume it goes away. I need this functionality across all browsers on both PC and Mac.

You must check the site in CHROME. This is the only browser where it is 100% complete.
I am looking for somebody to finish testing and fixing it for:
Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer.
After this task I need to add a share function on a button. Essentially a user can click a button to share the site. Similar to this:

Hello Sir when i saw the site in Chrome then it shows the photo of the lady with play now white color text but within a second it removes and youtube video appears. when play now button shows then navigation appear Plus
