Custom mSATA to USB 3.1 Type-C (mass storage)

I am looking for an experienced EU based PCB designer for the following "mSATA to USB 3.1 Type-C Adaptor (mass storage USB 3.1)" This is custom designed mSATA (SSD) to (Mass Storage) USB 3.1 (Type-C) adaptor. - Design based on ASMedia USB bridge are preferred - Design based on Texas Instruments USB bridge is the second preference - Maximum 4 layer ([login to view URL]) PCB is ideal The adaptor has the following features: "Custom mSATA to USB 3.1 Type-C" - The adaptor has two ends/connectors - on one end it has standard USB 3.1 Type-C connector (+5V powered) that offers access to the mounted SSD - on the opposite end, the adaptor has a custom designed SATA connector and works just as a standard mSATA SSD (+3.3V powered). The custom SATA is a 40pin connector. - Footprint and data sheet will be provided (DXF and PDF files) - When both ends are connected the adaptor gives absolute read/write priority to SATA side and can ignore the USB requests for the time SATA port is reading/writing (MUX?) - The design is very compact. Mainly 402 packages.
