220 V 20 KV IGBT based voltage stabilizer

We have got a requirement to design, develop and prototype a IGBT stabilizer. Please see the specification for the same below

Working Principle High frequency (20kHz) IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) driven PWM voltage conversion through DSP

Rated Capacity- 20kVA Single Phase

Input Voltage Nominal: 230V AC, Single Phase Normal Operating Range: +/- 20 %,Single Phase

Input Frequency - 45-65 Hz

Output Voltage Nominal: 230V AC ±1%, Single Phase

Output Frequency: Same as Input

Output Voltage Regulation Within ±1%Waveform Same as Mains Input at both Input and Output

Power Efficiency- Minimum 96%Input MCB- Rated capacity of 50 A

Connection Terminals Line, Neutral and Ground at both Input and Output

Correction Speed: Less than 20 milliseconds

Response Time :50μsSystem Status Monitoring LCD Display for showing the stats like AC Input, AC Output, Load etc and any error

Operating Temperature: 0-50° C

Cooling Natural or forced (by the use of fan) :Air cooling

Protections· Class minimum IP-20 · Cutoffs for Overload, Under voltage, Overvoltage and Short Circuit · Soft Switch ON · Surge Protection upto 8kVDisplay Digital Display of input and output voltages

Automatic Trip feature enabled in the event of input voltage higher than 290 V (Phase neutral ) or 500 V (Line-Line) and Restart
