Small local telco, looking for an dedicated support officer to answering phone calls and reply customers enquirers through online chat and ticketing system, daily ticket volume around 30 ticket plus 20 phone calls.

Start immediately, previous telco experience will be seen as advantage.

responsible for level 1 general enquire and tech support, for ADSL, PSTN, Modem trouble shooting.

We are located in Australia Melbourne ( +10 ) , make sure you can work between Australia time 9:00am to 8:00pm
