We are searching for dedicated people who pay attention to details and can work diligently with minimum to no supervision as we are focused on obtaining information on food dishes. We will provide you with the following: Excel template, restaurant name, the location, the website (if available), images of food from the website, and the dish name. With this information, we would like someone to perform the following tasks for the information we have provided: 1. Crop and rotate images where necessary ensuring the following guidelines are followed: - Make sure the pictures focus on the dish with minimal background. - Make sure the pictures do not contain any pictures of people, not even their hands. - Rotate the image to be sure it is upright and not turned on its side. (Only a few images will need to be rotated.) 2. Match the name of the picture to the item on the menu (Sometimes a file name will need to be updated to match what is on the menu) 3. Capture the following fields for each image and update in an Excel file a. Dish Name – this will be provided in the Excel file. However, sometimes a file name will need to be updated to match what is on the menu. When this occurs, accurately update the image name on the shared drive and in the Excel file. b. Dish Price – update the price of the dish in the Excel file. c. Ingredients/Description – if this is listed on the menu d. Additional Info – Vegan, gluten free, sandwich, pasta, taco, etc. Note: The primary data collection should come from the Business’ website as this is the most accurate place. However, we realize that some of the restaurants do not have websites. For these, you may need to use other online sources such as Yelp, Zomato, etc. to verify the requested information. The expected pay is $1 per 15 food images accurately completed. You have the ability to make really good money as we have a lot of images. It all depends on your quality level and speed.
