Simple Windows Client

We need a windows based software client to interact with the [url removed, login to view] API.

Documentation [url removed, login to view]

The software will be released as freeware.

1 - When the program loads, it first checks for updates. If there is a new version of the software available, the software prompts the user to receive an update, if the select yes, the software downloads and installs the update. Checks will be performed against at least 3 URL's just in case one is down and checks against current version.

2 - The only admin functions / settings should ask the user for their preCharge merchant id, password and two security keys as defined in the API documentation. Program itself should be a simply startup window and a simply interface window to supply information.

3 - Program should prompt user to supply order information as defined in the API documentation, check that the required fields were supplied and then post to the [url removed, login to view] secure api, delivering back the scoring results.

4 - Program should come with the installer and uninstaller and delivered with source codes and compiled versions.

5 - Client should be compatible with all versions of windows.

6 - Should offer signup link to preCharge service throughout program.

7 - Supremacy Financial receives full ownership of software, help files and source code upon completion.

Winning bidder will receive contract to handle future updates.

Examples of windows programs already done would be helpful but not required.
