On-Site Website Re-design & Programming

An existing website contains 3 sections Business, Recruitment and Matrimonial. The project involves a) Redesigning of 3 Homepages for 3 sections. b) Providing Administration Features For Dynamic Display Of Contents and GUI on 3 Homepages (Administrator should be able to control the contents to be displayed on the 3 Homepages). c) Providing search features in 2 categories. d) Redesigning the “My Account?? in all 3 sections. e) Providing Additional modules. f) Providing Administrator features to get statistics from 3 sections. g) Providing Login Authentication Features for Paid Members. h) Converting Access database to MS-SQL and ensure the website works without any bugs after conversion. The website is developed in ASP. The work has to be done ON-SITE in Mumbai, India WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TOTAL PROJECT COST INSTEAD OF HOURLY RATES ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
