The part is roughly 3 inches tall with a 1.5 inch outside diameter and a hollow core that slips over a metal rod. The exterior has compound curves that must be reproduced accurately so the finished piece looks and feels like the original knob. I can supply the actual part as a reference; I do not have an STL, OBJ, or STEP file. If you prefer to reverse-engineer or 3D scan it first, that’s fine as long as the final print meets the dimensions and maintains a smooth, uniform wall thickness. Internal tolerances need to be snug but not overly tight so the sleeve seats firmly without splitting. Please print in ABS only—no post-printing paint or surface finishing is required. A clean, consistent layer finish straight off the printer is all I need.
