hi SIr The sketch would be easier to understand your requirement. Some concerns from me - the infill could be 20-40%, we could add some stiffeners on some area that potentially bend/deflect - to get the smooth printing quality, i usually use 0.2mm layer thickness - what is your printing bed size? - if you use Bambu printer, it will be very fast compare to the other printer. - the support will be depend on your design, we can talk about that latter. - i owned 3D printer FDM machined as well (Qidi Xplus) - to dissemble it, we could use kind of snap design let me know your thougt warm regards Ujang
