I will provide orthographic references—front, back, side and top views—of the product I want modelled. Your job is to turn those sketches into clean, watertight STL files that I can send straight to the printer. The base concept already exists, yet a few of its current features need to be altered to better suit real-world use; they are not dimension changes but refinements of form and fit. To keep print costs down, please model the main body and the key structural components as separate parts that slot together after printing. Pin holes, dovetails or similar joining details are welcome so long as they are practical on an FDM printer with standard tolerances. Deliverables • Main assembly STL • Separate STL files for every structural component called out in my drawings • A simple exploded view (screenshot or PDF) that shows how the parts fit together File integrity is crucial: no non-manifold edges, reversed normals or floating vertices. If you work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender or a comparable package, that is perfect—use whichever you prefer as long as the exported STLs pass slicing without errors. When you respond, link me to past work that proves you have handled similar multi-part, print-ready projects. If your portfolio shows strong surface quality and thoughtful break-up of assemblies, we can move ahead quickly.
