I need a compact, reliable PCB and a compact case design. The board contains an ESP32 that will run the anchor-control logic on my boat and live inside a fully waterproof enclosure. The board must accommodate the following external connections: one USB-C port for configuration and firmware updates, a 12 V power feed (positive and negative), two independent 12 V outputs that switch through relays (max. 10A), two 12 V inputs that feed a dual-channel optocoupler, and two additional inputs coming from reed sensors. Functionally the circuit is dedicated to anchor control—nothing else—so component choice, trace sizing, and protection devices should all be selected with marine power fluctuations and vibration in mind. Please route with good separation between logic and power sections, include reverse-polarity and surge protection on the 12 V rail, and size the relay outputs to handle brief inrush currents. On the mechanical side, I want a matching case that keeps everything dry. Aim for an IP67-level seal, grommeted or gland fittings for the cable exits, and a footprint small enough to mount inside a typical locker. Material choice is open, but corrosion resistance and UV stability are important. Deliverables: • Schematic, PCB layout, and Gerber/ODB++ files • EMI must be taking care of • Complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers • 3D model of the assembled board and enclosure (STEP preferred) • STL/STEP files for the case ready for printing or injection moulding • Assembly and test instructions, including waterproofing verification steps You are free to work in Altium, KiCad, or another mainstream EDA tool—just supply the source files. If you have prior experience with marine or outdoor electronics, please mention it when you respond.

Hi, The key challenge is designing a compact, IP67-rated ESP32 anchor controller that safely switches 10A loads while surviving marine power surges, vibration, moisture, and EMI. With 12+ years of experience in ESP32 hardware, embedded systems, and industrial PCB design, I can confidently deliver a reliable, production-ready solution. I have developed ESP32 controllers with relay outputs, opto-isolated inputs, USB-C, and protected 12V power systems for harsh environments. The PCB will feature proper logic/power isolation, surge and reverse-polarity protection, and EMI-aware routing. I’ll also design a compact waterproof enclosure with STEP/STL files ready for 3D printing or injection molding. You’ll receive complete schematics, PCB files, Gerbers, BOM, assembly documentation, and testing procedures. I provide regular progress updates and ensure the design is optimized for manufacturing and long-term reliability. Regards, Engr. Muhammad Usman | PCB Pro Expert

A relay circuit that fails on the water isn't a support ticket — it's a boat drifting off anchor. Alternator spikes and vibration are exactly what take down boards that skip proper reverse-polarity and surge protection on the 12V rail. I'm Majeed, an embedded and PCB engineer running hardware design as a premium service. Closest match to this: an industrial temperature/humidity sensor board built for outdoor deployment, where I handled DFM review, China fab sourcing, and incoming QC across a 500-unit production run — same discipline this anchor-control board needs around protection, trace sizing, and enclosure sealing. Why me? -> Full in-house lab to validate relay switching, optocoupler inputs, and reed sensor lines before handoff. -> Direct China fab relationships for tight-tolerance boards and enclosures. -> Dedicated QC/inspection warehouse — every unit checked before it ships. -> Free demo firmware included so you can verify board function independently before final sign-off. -> Clean, handoff-ready Gerber/ODB++ and STEP files, documented for reorder or injection tooling. -> 2 weeks free post-project support included. Worth a quick call to confirm relay and enclosure specs before I start layout?
