Residential Interior Design Expertise

I’m handling a stream of Bangalore-based residential projects—apartments, villas and the occasional independent house—and I need a skilled freelance interior designer who can plug in on a project-by-project basis. Your role will centre on drafting crisp 2D space plans in AutoCAD (or similar), building the concepts in SketchUp or 3ds Max and producing photorealistic renders that win client approval. You’ll also create detailed modular kitchen, wardrobe and custom furniture drawings, prepare accurate BOQs with material specifications, and liaise with the site team to iron out execution details. The immediate pipeline covers: • Living room • Bedrooms • Kitchen • Pooja unit To succeed you should already be comfortable with residential materials, finishes and modular systems, and have at least two years of proven residential design experience. Bengaluru-based designers are preferred so on-site coordination is easy, though strong remote collaborators are welcome too. Deliverables each time: 1. Finalised 2D layout with dimensions 2. 3D model and 4–6 high-quality renders per space 3. Detailed furniture and joinery drawings in CAD 4.
