3D Renders of Elevation and 3D Floor Plans

Job Description:
Hi,
I am looking for freelancer who can create 3D front/external Elevation (Corner Plot) and 3d Renders of Floor Plan.
It is G+2 Floor Building. Budget is Limited for this project. Expensive freelancers do not apply please.
Please write "NAZIMABAD" in your Proposal to avoid Copy Paste Proposals so that I do not waste my time to read that proposals and make sure you have read it carefully.
DELIVERABLES:
* 1 Render of Front Elevation and 1 Render from Corner side (External).
* 3D Renders of Ground and First Floor Only. Each Floor have 2 portions so will need 2 renders of each Portion, there are total 4 portions in both floor that mean I will need total 8 renders of both floor (4 portions) all have same sizes only minor changing is there in plan. Please go through PDFs and reference of 3D Floor plans.
I WILL PROVIDE:
I have attached PDFs and also can provide AutoCAD Files to Final Freelancer only. I will also provide CAD file of Elevation with reference images to have complete idea of proportions, textures and colors theme.
