I need permit-ready documents for a room addition to a clients home. The addition is around 200 sf and will tie into the existing house. The addition will be a mountain modern-style bedroom/workoout room to match the house. The addition will require some roof overframing and demo to tie into the existing roof. Requirements: - Modify existing home drawings - Create permit-ready construction documents including a basic landscaping plan to show drainage and plant bed modification. - Ensure compliance with local building codes. La Plata county building department is the AHJ.
