3D modeler needed to create print file for 3d printer for 5th grade project

Job Description:
I need someone to help create a 3d print file for a colonial printing press we are going to make. I found cookie letter stamp presses and want this concept turned into a full sheet of slideable lines where she can insert the letters and use to show how printing presses worked.
If you refer to the images, I want the letters (both capital and small letters and common punctuation marks) which is marked as SAMPLE 1 (and the letters need to be in reverse since this is a stamp concept) and a flat backed combination of the inserts (marked as SAMPLE 2) that measures 10 in by 7.5 in. The number of lines isn't critical and should obviously be proportional to the size of the letter inserts... I just created this image as a reference of what I need functionality wise. The other 2 pictures are a reference of how the cookie press works and how I'd expect the finished product to function.
