I need a seasoned mechanical designer to take a hydraulic cone crusher concept—comparable in size and performance to the DYNAMIC HC420—and turn it into a full-blown, manufacture-ready CAD package. The job runs from clean 3D modelling right through to shop-floor documentation, so I will only shortlist professionals who have already detailed a cone crusher (or a machine of similar crushing duty) and can prove it with images, drawings or screenshots from past projects. Core requirements • Build a complete 3D model of the crusher, showing every assembly, sub-assembly and wear component. • Generate fully dimensioned fabrication drawings, GD&T, critical fits and tolerances. • Include hydraulic-related mechanical interfaces so the power-pack can bolt straight on. • Supply an itemised BOM with materials, specs and quantities. • Add any necessary exploded views for maintenance manuals.
