CAD technical interior drawings

I am looking for a freelancer to create CAD technical interior drawings for a project. The purpose of the drawings is for construction planning, and the scale of the project includes multiple rooms in two different homes. The desired level of detail is for full 3D renderings with textures and lighting. Therefore, I am looking for someone with CAD experience who can deliver high-quality drawings that have careful attention paid to precision and detail. Accuracy and adherence to deadlines are paramount. If you think you possess the skills necessary to complete this project and complete it to the highest standard, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would like to work in person in my home office in central London for 4-5 hours a day, a couple times a week, until the drawings are complete. I am currently needing to work on a bathroom redesign in London and multiple rooms in our Miami home property. The project will be creative, high-end, technical and very detailed.
