I am a Mechanical/Process Design Engineer with over five years of hands-on experience in the design and scale-up of Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), covering rotor and blade configuration, shaft design, jacketed shell thermal analysis, vapor body sizing, and vacuum system integration. I have led pilot-to-commercial scale transitions, performing detailed heat transfer and drying calculations, torque and RPM selection (motor/gearbox sizing), and structural validation for reliable continuous operation. I can deliver a complete design package including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOM, calculation sheets, and practical manufacturing guidelines, along with support during prototype fabrication and performance trials.
