Architectural 3D video

We are a communication agency in Milan, Italy.

We are specialized in high-end real estate marketing, our core business being web design and development, visual, brochure and video production.

A client asked for a video with 3D animation, but being an activity we don't run internally we are looking for someone to help us.

For static renders the client usually provides the building plans and internal layouts and we define with them the interior look and feel, choosing materials, furniture and so on.

For this specific project we will need to:

- model three internal spaces (lobby, conference room and executive office)

- make 2 camera movement for each space (6 animated shots in total)

- model the exterior, to be tracked into aerial footage

- make 2 camera movement of the exterior (1 wide and 1 closeup)
