I have the drawings for a multi-family residential project—a two-unit duplex—and I need it translated into a clean, well-structured ArchiCAD model. All levels, walls, slabs, roofs, openings, annotations and basic documentation should follow best BIM practices so the file is ready for coordination, quantity take-offs and presentation views. The source material (PDF/DWG) will be supplied at kickoff. From that you will: • Build the full 3D BIM in ArchiCAD (latest version preferred, but let me know if you work in an earlier release). • Generate plans, sections, elevations and a core set of 3D views directly from the model. • Deliver the native PLN file plus IFC export and PDFs of the drawings. Accuracy to the provided set is critical. I am happy to answer questions as you progress, and we can schedule one interim review before final hand-off.
