I’m ready to move forward with a full set of drawings for a ground-plus-one family home on my 1,100 sq ft plot. The footprint I’m targeting is roughly 800 sq ft per floor, but the exact dimensions can be fine-tuned once we lock in the layout. The brief is straightforward: • Style: unmistakably traditional—balanced lines, practical room flow, and warm, familiar proportions rather than stark modern minimalism. • Rooms: four comfortable bedrooms split sensibly across the two levels so that circulation feels natural. I will supply the latest site measurements and any municipal guidelines I receive; you translate them into: 1. Scaled floor plans for both levels with clear room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door/window sizes, and stair positioning. 2. Elevations that capture the chosen traditional vocabulary (roof pitch, façade treatment, porch details, etc.). 3. A basic site plan showing set-backs and orientation. If you can also add plumbing and electrical schematics or a 3D massing view, all the better—let me know how you’d structure those as separate deliverables. Send the final package in PDF plus editable CAD (DWG/DXF) so future revisions are painless. Turnaround and milestone suggestions are welcome; the sooner we can break ground, the better.
