Solar Battery Cover CAD Design

I’m updating the enclosure we currently source for our solar-storage units and need a fresh, IP-clear design that can be formally registered as our own. The core of the job is to translate my performance notes into a manufacturable 3D model and detailed AutoCAD drawings. Material & finish • The cover will be metal, specifically 2 mm thick powder-coated aluminium, so please keep wall thickness, bending radii and coating tolerances in mind from the outset. Performance goals The final geometry must: • Shed rain effectively (water resistance) • Promote passive heat dissipation around the battery pack • Stand up to knocks and light tool drops (impact resistance) It will be attached to the wall What I’ll supply Dimensioned sketches, photos of the two existing supplier housings, clearance diagrams for terminals, vent positions and mounting points, plus any certification constraints we have to meet. I’ll also flag the elements that are too close to the current IP so you can steer away from them. I have provided 4 designs below , need to come up with unique design which differential from these designs . What I need back 1. A fully detailed 3D model (AutoCAD-compatible; STEP or IGES as secondary formats). 2. 2D fabrication drawings with call-outs for bends, welds, fasteners and powder-coat spec. 3. Exploded view or assembly guide good enough for factory reference. 4. A brief note on how your design avoids the cited IP features so our legal team can use it for the design-registration filing. I’ll review an initial concept for quick feedback, then we can lock dimensions and create the production package. If you regularly work in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 that’s fine—just export the native CAD and a clean DWG/DXF set so my fabricator can open everything in AutoCAD. Timing is flexible but I’d like the first concept within a week of kickoff. Let me know if anything above needs clarification.
