Space use • Focus only on an inviting display area; I do not require a separate storage room or customer lounge. • I prefer a sectioned-unit layout rather than a single open concept, so the plan should show distinct display zones that guide customers smoothly around the cases yet preserve clear sightlines for security. What I’d like back 1. A dimensioned floor plan (PDF plus the original CAD or editable file) that fits the footprint and highlights showcase positions, lighting points, service counter, and circulation paths. 2. An itemised estimate broken down by materials, fixtures, labour, and any professional fees so I can gauge the overall investment before construction begins. Please base the numbers on standard retail-grade finishes and mid-range watch showcases; if optional upgrades make a noticeable difference, flag them separately.
